Why does it have to do with time? And do you mean quantity of time or do you mean quality of time? Because the Greek had broken time into two parts. 1 is chronos , father , brother , longevity. 2 is kairos , mother , sister, charisma, love, quality.
5. Has to do with sensuality, 5 finger, five toes, 5 senses, exploring new things, being adventurous, could suggest divorce and new relations.
60. Is a number thought of on harmony, perhaps natural affinity and meshing with someone, unity in family strength..
