Arms pain and numbness [I Question]
Everyday I wake up month of my arms and hands are always numb and they hurt what could that be it’s a daily thing

There could be a couple of causes. My mother had carpal tunnel syndrome and experienced pain and numbness in her right arm. It usually is caused by overuse of the arms or hands, and the tunnel in which the nerve rests becomes too tight for the nerve.
It could also be tendonitis, also from over use of the hands and arms.
You should definitely see a doctor, and find out what it is for sure.
