You could be sleeping on them wrong restricting blood flow. I’ve woken up with similar issues, but it usually goes away once I get up and start moving.

There could be a couple of causes. My mother had carpal tunnel syndrome and experienced pain and numbness in her right arm. It usually is caused by overuse of the arms or hands, and the tunnel in which the nerve rests becomes too tight for the nerve.
It could also be tendonitis, also from over use of the hands and arms.
You should definitely see a doctor, and find out what it is for sure.

Idk. Ok!! That sounds like an issue with sleep. Perhaps you need to eat more food.

If this is something which disappears soon after you wake up, it might be your sleep position, either cutting off your circulation or causing nerve impingement, either of which I think is unlikely, since it's happening with both arms and hands. But, I can't imagine what else it could be.
I would have it checked out by a professional.
