Is there any ways to get someone thats mentally ill to stop harrassing you?

i have a neighbor like that, god forbid i come out of my apt when shes out there, she'll complain im staking her,she complains if i have my door open, like im trying to come out when shes there and im not, i just didnt feel like taking my keys with me, then her friend comes and tries to get a picture of my open door, and i heard talking out in the hall so i opened the door cause i thought it was my other neighbor who i was friends with and i see her friends with a camera trying to take a picture so i slammed the door on her, that mentally ill person is telling my apt manager i went to her place and ripped up her jacket, i did no such thing, if shes going to be paranoid like that she needs to keep it to herself, how do i keep her from harrassing me and telling on me when i did nothing, she belongs in the psych ward , not in my building next door to me

Make sure your apartment manager knows every detail NOW, before something else happens and you're blamed for it, then kicked out. You must let them know you are being harassed.

I know a lot about that stuff . I was harassed by a few people making up abusive rumours about me and they know what there doing . See they'd make up the rumours and they'd use other people then to hurt you cause the people that make them up , fear rejection, and then others would judge you on the abusive rumours . At the start when that happened that was my weakest point , now it's my strongest point and being honest I couldn't care what people say about me these days or who judges me . I know today it's not my sickness and I know who I am .
The point what I'm trying to say it give time time and if you have a good spirit, not really bad wont happen you . I still gets harassed by people through rumours, people by trying to turn me against others or them turn against me but it doesnt matter to shit no more what they do .
I felt alone all my life since I was 17 I'm 40 now and it's still the same so I dont loose nothing . Do you know another load of shit is ' trying to fit in " that's another big lie what society teaches you .
It takes you away from yourself . I hope the harassment stops but if it continues say a prayer for the person if the person is sick

I'd just call the police. That way they can at least get their behavior on record so you'll be believed.
