what does it mean if you have lumps on your forehead?

at first i thought they were skin tags cause thats what someone told me they were but today someone else told me they look more like lumps, ive had them for months and yes i did mention it to my doctor but he didnt think anything of it. he retired so im seeing someone else. im seeing her in sept sometime so im thinking of mentioning it to her again. she was just mostly just trying to get to know me the last time i saw her, ive only seen her once, so i might talk about it with her again in sept, i also forget stuff like i might see someoene ive known for yrs and cant think of who they are, or their names, stuff like that. i also get headaches a lot too, ive wondered about a brain tumor cause i had an aunt that died of one when i was a kid, my father had altzheimers but with the lumps i would think its more likely some kind of tumor, i want to ask my doctor to at least do a biopsy, any suggestions on how to get a doctor to take you seriously? anyone else go thru with this?
