I Have a Question

any ways to get an apt manager to take your seriously, it took 9 months for him to get someone out of here when they were doing meth, now another person is bringing her toddler grandkids over every wknd and now i cant read a book or do anything cause of all the stomping around, theyre only supposed to stay over 7 nights a yr so shes breaking the lease, i think he might be leaving end of month, wonder why, ive left him notes about it but she still does it, any suggestions?
