I Have a Question

anyways to get my next door neighbor to stop harrassing me? shes mental and she cant stand doors slamming, i dont slam door but god forbid if someone else does shes on the phone calling the police and blaming it on me and my neighbor when neither of us are doing it, she'll scream in her apt cussing a lot and out of her apt too, she has screamed at me and cussed at my neighbor when we're not doing anything, she called the police for the second time in a month yesterday, today she was standing outside my place with her camera and took a picture of me and she did the same thing outside when i was throwing out trash, its like shes collecting pictures to turn me in, i do turn her in to management for it and i wrote them a note about it since theyre not here till monday, anyways to get this lunatic out of here, im tired of having the police around when im not doing anything wrong, at least theyre nice and believe me, any suggestions on putting a stop to all this, im thinking of moving to get away from her but i was hoping they would kick her out instead

She is mental. I don’t know the name of what her problem is but have known several people like this including my sister. They are legalistic against people and will collect lists of wrongs by anyone that they know including neighbors, co-workers or family members to try to use against them. And most likely collect those lists in a notebook. All of them ones I’ve known have taken medication & the problem may be due to a brain & seizure disorder. They don’t actually have to have seizures but may be treated with seizure medication. The police will get tired of her constant complaints, they probably already are. They can be terrible at harassing people with their minor or imagined complaints.
