I Have a Question

When u r texting with someone on here and all of a sudden they stop texting for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then they text u and u start the conversation up again, but then they're gone yet again. Is that acceptable or rude behavior?

N they just don't care to inform or take time out. They r just gone. Pooof
