I Have a Question

how do i get my alexa microwave to work? i had another microwave but it died so i ordered this one from amazon, didnt think it was going to be a problem, only cooked once on it the whole couple of months, i talked to amazon about it and they offered to replace it but now this one is doing the same thing. i ordered something i thought i was going to be able to use, it keeps going on defrost and i cant get it out of there, any suggestions? im ready to trash this one
