I Have a Question

how did this baby know what the pastor was saying? i was at the salvation army and they were doing a bible study, someone had a baby about 3 months old with them, she started to cry and the pastor jokingly said if you have something to say raise your right arm, the baby raised her right arm, no one did it for her, how did she know to do that? weird!
