I Have a Question

Why do a lot of companies tolerate lazy, pain in the butt employees who won't half do the job and call out all the time, but then blame good employees for slight mistakes and often fire them for the first mistake that comes along? Dad always told me it's baffling how crappy companies treat good employees but then treat the good for nothing employees like gold. And no this doesn't always happen. Bad employees do get the ax, but I've seen a lot of what I'm talking abt and so have others.

Well some times those bad employees might be related to someone in the company so you could say they are protected to a point and some times the bad employee has some good qualities.

@updown2020 Companies around here often don't hire people if they have a relative who works at the company.
