do the starbucks triple shots help you lose weight? ive been drinking those lately, i used to get the double shots but the store stopped selling thern so i got the other ones and now irn noticing irn losing weight, i dont drink rnore than one a day but i wondered about it since nothing helps rne lose but that

Hey beautiful Cere... since I never buy Starbucks, I assumed that double shots meant twice as much as a cup of black coffee...

A small cup of black coffee has only 1 or 2 calories... I think..

@Soossie Double shots of espresso. Really doesn't alter the coffee that much.
Wished I could go back to just plain black coffee. I have become java jaded.

I don't know. I don't go to Starbucks or drink coffee. But it sounds like it's helping. I guess I would just try to eat healthy. I hope it works. :)

A cup of coffee on its own (no sugar, no milk) contains only 2 callories which is not really important and which really has added to the number of calories that you consume...

Must have another reason...

A true Starbucks double shot that a barista has to make--and is one of the more complicated drinks to make-is far different than what can in a can. I can still get both but I buy hand crafted drinks at Starbucks not cans or bottles. Seems to defeat the purpose of going in.

Starbucks Tripe Shots, I have seen in can in grocery stores but not in any store.

A triple shot in a Latte is fine but you have not lived until you get a QUAD!

@pearllederman Just ask for a quad in your latte. or ask for a Starbucks Double Shot. It is NOT secret menu like some are but rather main menu. However it is rarely posted on their board anymore. A quad is NOT a drink in and of itself but you could order an Espresso with 4 shots.

All Starbucks sell the same. It is part of the Starbucks "Lean" program. In short that means that no mater if you get your drink in Miami, FL or Somerset, PA it TASTES the same!

Many main menu items are not listed now. An Americano for one.
