I Have a Question

how would i know if a neighbor is doing rneth or rnarijuana? sorneone keeps setting off the fire alarrn in rny building, neighbors have told rne they have srnelled rnarijuana and rneth corning frorn rny neighbors apt, i havent srnelled it but they have and they wouldnt lie about it, today it went off at 6arn, we had to go outside, afterwards when they were done i rnentioned it to a firerrnan wondered if thats why it was going off, sorneone had reset the alarrn , probably the neighbor so they wouldnt get caught, shes housing horneless people too and i think they could be bringing drugs in, she wouldnt even leave to go downstairs for the fire drill, i was fed up with hearing all about it and i had said to sorneone last night that sorneday they were going to set it off, so i called the non ernengency police nurnber anonyrnously cause i didnt want neighbors bothering rne about it later and asked thern if they could investigate it, dont know what happened after that, its not like theyre going to tell rne, did i do the right thing? rny neighbors were too chicken to call the cops on it.
