I Have a Question

I got call today from griebriar I was told I owe 1400 hundred dollars on drill bits and was told they are taking legal action,i have even got drill bits or invoice in the mail,after a heated echange he told me to get an attorney,,,,shouls I have written bill first which I didn't get?

@Bluesky52 I had a guy called once. He told me I owned the IRS money. If i didn't pay they would call the police and have me arrested. I am still waiting and it has been year's since this happen
