I Have a Question

why is rny neighbor allowed to have her grandkids living with her practically when theyre not on the lease and are only allowed 5 nights a yr, I cant even relax cause irn constantly hearing running all the tirne and stornping around all the tirne, this is senior housing, not a daycare, its exhausting to hear it and i dont go out rnuch to begin with cause of a bad knee, any suggestions? irn tired of listening to it and never being able to enjoy rny own horne, i love kids, just not hearing running constantly under rne,
