Who wins a fight between Spider-man and Batman?

Uh, Spider-man? He's got the propor---- we all know what he has. He can lift a subway car like it's a basketball, for Chrissakes! He can jump several stories, and his spider-sense would tell him anything Batman was doing before he could do it! I love Batman, but it wouldn't be a fair fight. Batman would be lucky Pete is such a nice guy......

Maybe. Spidey's just too fast, though. Batman could probably even deduce his spider-sense, but I don't think he'd have an answer for his webbing. It'd be interesting, for sure.

Well, I agree, but I was giving Batman the benefit of the doubt. I still think he'd be bringing a knife to a gunfight, so to speak.

I wanna see batman and iron man go at it. Two people with cash as their only super power.

i think batman would probably win just because he's a better tactician.
Although ,maybe not because iron man armor tends to have some pretty heavy duty weapons

Batman - All he needs is some sharp body armor and a small built in flamethrower. Cut and burn the web away, and he is left with a man who can crawl on walls and escape by swinging away... Spiderman were never any good in combat, he was a geek for crying out loud meanwhile batman was trained by a real master, spiderman only had his supernatural ability going for him, when that is out of the way he will be useless unless he catches batman out of guard.

@UnparalleledMonster: Not really if you think about it, batman trained by a master, spiderman a school dork who can barely fight properly... the guy in the green suit almost killed him with his damn hoverboard and he also had no clue how to fight, then imagine batman vs spiderman. Logically, spiderman doesnt stand a chance if you compare his previous fights.

You keep saying that but it's not at all true. He's 15 and he can already keep up with the avengers.

So logically comparing their fights, how does batman fighting (and loosing BADLY) to normies reflect favorably
