I Have a Question

Do you sleep with a ceiling fan on? I usually do especially in the summer, but I just read an article about how bad it is for you. Apparently it can clog sinuses, stir up allergies, and dry out skin and eyes. Not good news because I get hot without one at night and I have sinus problems. Oh well, can't just burn up while trying to sleep I guess.

I sleep with a ceiling fan on to keep the air fresher, which it does for me; in summer I also have a tower fan on, aimed at the bed. I think the article you read might be a bit suspect as to provenance & intent
