I Have a Question

How do i find someone to go with me to this colonoscopy if i have hardly any friends and the ones i do have arent available, i asked a home health aid about it and she said they wont do it for a one time thing. I had someone but now she dont want to and dont want to be friends with me either, have no idea why. I cant just show up by myself or they wont do it. i dont have family around that will fly out to do it, havent told most of them cause i know they wont do it since they wont even contact me unless its my birthday. I was doing home testing but the problem with that is my last one showed up positive, I cant force people to go with me and wondered if i should put an ad on craiglist offering to pay someone to do it. any suggestions or should i just cancel it and whatever happens happens, i cant control people not wanting to go with me.
