Why do people feel the need to respond to "black lives matter" with "all lives matter!"

What aren't you getting here? It's not about exclusion. It's about bringing attention to a particular group that is being mistreated.

ytrewq101 - 300 years worth of history would beg to differ with you. There is obvious discrimination. Yes, racism comes in all shades, but it's a whole different ball game when the racist one is your government and judicial system.

The world will never be completely rid of predjudice. No one is asking for a reversal of roles. We want equality. We want to stand next too whites not above but onside. I don't think that's too much to ask, and if you do maybe you're apart of the problem.
