But the free-roaming dogs, yes the ones that the bylaw says are supposed to be either on leashes or behind fences, will hassle them to death. If only they could be potty trained, I'd keep them inside with me.

@HootyTheNightOwl I'd want them to have lots of space to roam around in. Maybe a coup to sleep in. Ah I know! I'll finish the fence in the front yard and get a few avians. Yay!
