Yeah the question for those of us over 40 is - how much time do we have left? Do we want to die for this habit? When we find ourselves pumped about quitting is when we need to do it.
I had quit back in Oct 2017 and it lasted until June 2019 when I had a stupid excuse for taking it back up.
So I am probably not one who should lecture about quitting.

@Punches For me it's a money issue. I love smoking, despite what it's doing to me. But it is getting to be unaffordable and there are so many things I want. Like a proper vacation! That would be nice 😌

@SpaceJesus I am to the point where each morning I have a coughing fit. I hate being a smoker.
