I have given this a lot of thought over the years, and have narrowed it down. I definitely want my astrological sign, but this other one...I am a nWo-ite, and more than likely always will be. These are my 2 choices as a first. Don't know which one to go with

As a Leo... I approve of the top one - though maybe get it placed right so that you could possibly revisit later to have a lion added in if you like the experience.
My thinking is that it's small enough to have as a test tat, but the potential exists for you to make it less obviously your first tat down the line.
@SpaceJesus My initial thought was that you might want to add to the top of it, but, looking again, I see that the lion of the Leo could be in the way, so you might have to build on it from below and possibly incorporate the "Leo" in as a crown of sorts.
I'm sure that you will figure out how that would best work for you, though - but if it's in a spot that's publicly visible, it would be a cool story to say "This was my first tattoo... no, not that, this".
It also makes it harder to identify what your first tattoo might have been that way, too.
