hows the quitting going?
TheLordOfHell · 41-45
@Candie 5 days smoke-free woohoo!
Candie · F
@TheLordOfHell omg congratulations. youre gonna do it! whats your secret if you feel comfortable talking about it?
TheLordOfHell · 41-45
@Candie thank you so much! The biggest motivator was the amount of money I was spending monthly on cartons. I couldn't get a thing saved. This month alone, I was able to put aside $500 and not touch it!
Also, someone came along at the right time and encouraged me to quit. So there's that too.
Are you struggling with it?

@Candie That's 4 years longer then what I smoked. It's really hard when you've smoked for that long, hey? But if you really make up your mind that you want to quit, you will. And it's no problem at all.

@TheLordOfHell there i just put all my vape stuff in a box and tied it up and triple knotted it. thanks for the inspiration ima try and go cold turkey too. :)

@Candie I believe that you've got this. Do what it takes. Guzzle water, hit the walking trail, keep your mind busy. Video games and coffee became my best friend, and things that crunched, like baby carrots.

@Candie You're going to be fighting a physical addiction, which will diminish in about 3 days, and a mental addiction, which will be the worst part. Kick it's ass, soldier!
