It's not the LABEL,
it's the TABLE!
"spouse" puts no more weight upon you than being called "bookish", "a babe", "talented", etc.
It's not the SPOUSE,
it's the GROUSE!
Eating too much GROUSE can def. add weight!
People often mis-state the adage or mis-represent it.
