Organize your documents in folder in google drive, where you can also restrict access.

@Raaii I also maintains a password protected Excel file to maintain all the passwords for all sites and devices I use. I keep that file in google drive, and I have also installed drive app on my laptop & mobile, so the content is available to me every time & everywhere in a projected way.
Even when you are not connected to internet, with google drive app on your laptop all the content is available offline for you to add & edit. It synchronizes when you are connected to internet. This is also very helpful in managing document in proper folder structure, so you have all things properly managed without any duplicity and available at all places to you.
