It's ironic because today I was just contemplating actually ACKNOWLEDGING good traits to myself. To really own it and not feel like a high ego or something. Someone had said to me in a post I had on dating, "I know what I bring to the table"..and I liked that. It was just facts, not ego. I'd say I like my ability to laugh at little things, or to really empathize with people.
