I'll Tell You My Opinion

I don't go to pride parades. I'm already proud of who I am. I never hid it even though I grew up in a time where I was supposed to be ashamed and invisible. I've been gay bashed, disowned by people in my family, made fun of etc but I'm still proud to be a gay man.

I don't need to be decked out in rainbow gear, run around half naked in the street dancing to lady gaga or madonna. Let's be honest I hate both. I've fought my whole life to be accepted. I don't need to prove anything at my age anymore
