Stop going online and head outside for a little while. Is there a walking trail near you? Maybe go for a walk while listening to music. It's best if you can find one near water. If you aren't a walking person, maybe try reading or writing. Anything that takes you offline will be best. Believe me, I know how you feel. I'm getting sick of it, too.
