Can you recall dreams after waking up? If yes then what type of dreams like that make you asleep or dreams that don't let you sleep at all

yes. past trauma. Dreams when I am driving and can't stop. I stomp on the brakes but everything is slow motion. Dreams when my mom doesn't love me while I am screaming advice at her. Screaming and screaming but no one can hear. Dreams when my sister kills me finally. Such bad dreams, only occasionally now though. Vitamins and meds work (mostly). PSA to those struggling

I don't see dreams. I usually get good sleep. Sometimes hunger for knowledge doesn't let me sleep.
