What goes first on a scone?

In the south here .. they're biscuits and they get a ladle of sausage gravy and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes .. 🤭

You do Jam first....well if the scones are fresh and warm you do, otherwise the cream melts.

Jam, because I never add cream.
