Peace of mind.

@therighttothink50 and what would be your recipe for a peace-of-mind dish

@therighttothink50 Well what things bring you a feeling of peace in your life? When you think about times in your life where you felt you had peace of mind, what stood out about those times?

@therighttothink50 Well when you feel upset what do you do to feel better? What brings you comfort?
therighttothink50 · 56-60, M
@Ananke imaginative things.
Ananke · 26-30, F
@therighttothink50 Then you could try to utilize your imagination to bring you peace.
I am the same way actually! For example right now I am playing a videogame where you run your own zoo. I find it very relaxing to design and decorate my zoo. I enter into a sort of zen state.
Perhaps you can do the same and engage yourself in imaginative endeavors to bring peace to your personal world even when the rest of it is in chaos. It's ok to use imagination to escape sometimes. And sometimes you end up creating really meaningful things in the process.
