Probably when I had an intruder bust through the exterior door to my bedroom as I was lying in bed reading. I say probably, because I didn't feel stressed. I think partially because he wasn't threatening, and partially old habits as a crisis manager clicked in: stay calm, act rationally, consider options.
I yelled "what the hell do you want" which made him continue down the hall away from me, as I reached for my phone and dialed 911. Dispatcher asked if I could get outside, which I could through the busted exterior door, and officers were on their way. I threw on some pants, exited, found patrol cars front and back, and they already had apprehended him after he existed my house. Arrested for psych evaluation as he was confused with obvious mental problems. No signs of being violent or threatening.
