Nothing, we're not allowed a permanent desk unless you come in 4 days per week. If it's 3, you have to reserve it ever day up to a week in advance. We're no longer allowed to keep personal items out. It's like prison. I hate it. I feel so unwelcome. It's depressing. If I wasn't tenured with a ton of vacation I'd go elsewhere.
@scorpiolovedeep I've made my displeasure with the whole situation pretty well known with management. Unfortunately the boss is too much of an ass kisser and wants our "team" [me, boss and another 100% remote coworker who is out of state] to be visible to the higher ups to make an exception to let me be home more often despite my neurodivergency. I don't have the drive or energy to make this an HR issue and get my psychiatrist involved to demand working remote as a reasonable accommodation but I've come close.
I'm not allowed to bring my phone on the call floor, but I have a couple of postcards, an award from my supervisor, and a bunch of work reminders/memos.
