I always used to say scone as in bone. I've lived in scone as in gone territory for over 20 years and I'm inconsistent now.

@Lugwho I know. The Irish side said it like cone. The Scottish side was Highland and said it like gone.

Meaning I grew up having no idea how to pronounce it lol.
