Yes and no and i won't speak for everyone. It seems there are biological reasons for why men and women consistently find certain features attractive in the opposite sex. In my experience there are certain features that i have consistently found attractive in women throughout my life. There are certain features that have grown on me if i give them a chance. There are certain features i may not have found attractive 10 years ago that i do now and vice versa. So yes and no to answer your question simply.
