Why are users suspended usually here on SW?

I logged in today after 2 days and saw that a few people from my chat are showing suspended - it says - "user has been suspended". All of a sudden- why are people been suspended? Any new policy from SW? What are the reasons users are suspended?

@LordShadowfire A few that I see on my chat list - CryptidBVB, SchrodingerSylvi and BeckysLovely. Chatted/talked to them in last 1 week or so and today suddently they are suspended

@Indianboy Oh. I'm not familiar with them. Isn't it weird how that works? This place doesn't have that many people, yet you can go your whole time here and never encounter some of them. Anyway, I hope your friends are all right.
