I'm stuck in a rut of existential dread, fear of failure and anger at the fact i can't get better or go forward. Now how does one get out such a rut?

I wish I knew.. All I know is that you have to feel better first in order to be able to work on getting better by reaching some milestones and being objectively successful. It's almost impossible if you're always feeling like nothing ever will work out and expect only the worst, therefore not feeling like doing anything new and challenging because it all feels pointless.

@CrazyMusicLover its a vicious circle i'm in, its not working out trying to get better, whats the point, become sad, become angry i failed making me more sad, being to sad to try again or get further!

Sometimes its not about moving in a certain direction, its about finding value in the now.
