Something that can learn and make predictions based on inferences, not just collected data.

@redredred like ai who don't have the concept of loads of black and only know the thousands of moves programmed in for checkers?

If it doesn’t have the concept for black it seems it can’t really learn the concept of black so it doesn’t fit my description.@popmol

@redredred well in the future ai might learn it but thats why i don't consider is sentient yet.
