I made a salad for dinner, so there was no cooking involved. I bought some organic protein greens with things like spring pea greens, and mixed them with purple cabbage and shredded carrots, and poured Honey Dijon low calorie salad dressing over it. A half hour later I felt sick, as though I had low blood sugar, so I had some sourdough toast with butter.

@4meAndyou sounds like a good salad, probably needed more protein with it. My blood sugar can drop if I don’t have some protein, even a boiled egg will do.
