Depression maybe a 1, not too bad but not nothing. Anxiety is closer to a 3. Persistently jittery and stressed (I have the shakey hands) but not quite at the level of needing medication or healthcare.

Anxiety is about 852 at the moment! Work sucks this time of year!🙄🙄🙄
