If your thoughts and feelings change

Is anything that comes and goes, us?
You control your thoughts. Do not allow your thoughts to control you. For example, when negative things come into mind, don't entertain them. They'll take you down a dark road. You must train your mind to think positive. You do that by resisting the negative thoughts. They'll quickly pull you under. Get busy doing something productive as soon as you see yourself slipping into the old pattern. But sometimes we cannot help if our hormones get out of whack, from not eating properly, etc., or starving oneself. Then we need to seek a doctor's help, but not abuse the med he gives us. Alcohol and drugs don't mix. They aren't the answer, anyway. They only treat the symptoms, when perhaps, something needs changing in your life, so you can be happy again, but think that through carefully. Write the pros and cons of your plan. Then think them all through, so you can make an informed decision, not just fly off the cuff. When we do things impulsively, that's when we make the most mistakes.
Yes. We are blessed in that our feelings can change and we can create what we want in our lives. If something isn't working, then by all means, change it up, to where you are happy in life. I've recreated and invented myself lots of times. That's the beauty of being alive. We're meant to be happy, and that happiness is not defined the same in each one of us. We weren't made to be copycats. We are beautifully unique!! You don't find happiness; you define it! You create it. It's whichever way works for you. We're not meant to be people-pleasers, either! Nor doormats! Nor friends with control freaks!

Yes, technically. Because we are also the creators of our situations and circumstances. We're always the common denominator.

@Trippy My ego just felt inflated. 😅 Thank you, you have some brilliant questions. I've noticed a few in the last couple of days I think.

My feelings usually don't change much

Not really. I'm not who I was 2 years back.

It's just part of your experience.

to quote some vintage wisdom...."coming is like going, it just depends where you are in the circle.
Given emotional positioning within the loop, I'd tend to agree.
I'm not sure I even have feelings I kinda don't feel shit
