Find an outlet for my anxiety, it’s been crippling lately but I need to figure out something

I want to try to make at least one person smile each day.

simple things that i know i can achieve

take better care of myself, better my mental health a little bit each day, and leave people who don’t contribute joy into my life

travel,try new activities and new experiences and meet him . Preferably do some of them w him

I just want to get through 2021 with my sanity intact.

I resolve to not start smoking. I have kept that resolution for 54 years.

To stop making futile attempts of lying to myself in the form of a New Year's Resolution.
