if you had control over a train switch, but could only throw the control once, if there was a runaway train car that would, unchecked, kill a group of 10 people but you could throw the control, divert the train and kill just 3, would you do it? why and at what numbers and ages of people would charge your mind?

@dirge logic would say yes, the carriage should be diverted so that only the three people die, but in that situation my first instinct would be to pray.

@PatientlyWaiting25 understandable. the kobiashamaroo answer (and the real life solution} is to throw the control halfway through the car so each half tries to take a route and the car gets stuck. but thats a trivia answer
