A. Any even numbered questions
B. Any questions that are multiples of 3 or contain the digit 3
C. Any questions that, when you add the digits together, make an odd number
D. Questions 11, 13, 17, or 19

@sarabee1995 Tell you what. Since you found a loophole, I will let you break one of the two rules with reference to #13. Everyone else has to follow both rules.
