A. Any even numbered questions
B. Any questions that are multiples of 3 or contain the digit 3
C. Any questions that, when you add the digits together, make an odd number
D. Questions 11, 13, 17, or 19

@ShadowSister ..........and I thought I had found a loophole. The answer of course is Dinner for Two....or 42 which is the answer for anything and everything.

And of course, if we multiply the digits together, 6 x 9, the answer is 42 (in base 13).
