If somebody wanted to move to where you are what do think would be the best advice?

make sure you have a job lined up........ Raleigh/Durham/Cary/Chapel Hill area aint cheap.

to were i am? its a good place to retire not so much for work or going out its a small town nothing area so unless they are working remotely or are loaded or want to work a menial job i wouldn't recommend moving here .. tho actually there are pretty nice houses out in the country here they are probably either farmers or military tho idk

Be prepared for a job that doesn't pay squat, the heat, crazy high rent and traffic that is a parking lot. DFW isn't all its cracked up to be.
