Moving soon stuff

I have exercise equipment like I have a treadmill that I spent thousands on and I really don’t wanna leave it behind but there’s no way I can bring it to the new house. It doesn’t have a garage so my brother was talking about wanting it but I’m thinking about his house and I’m thinking how is he going to fit it anywhere either but I really hope that he does take it because I don’t wanna just leave it. Basically our landlord was a slumlord and didn’t fix anything. Left us with black mold, and the ceiling caving in she put tarp on the roof because the roof is destroyed. The flooring in the house hasn’t been changed in 17 years. It is in really bad shape and I was talking to my family about what to do with all the stuff that we can’t bring with us and my family said if she throws a lawsuit on us, which she is dirt poor but we’ll just throw one right back on her. So basically anything that we can’t take or just going to leave in the house and it’s probably going to be a lot of shit.
