I recently saw something about this!! I don't remember the name though.
It was similar to Ventoy, but made for installing linux OS's onto phones. With some searching you might be able to find what you need, if I happen to see it again I will tell you the name or give a link.

@UnderLockDown In case you don't know, on your linux PC there should be a program for writing live USB thumb drives and it's super easy to use.
If you have an ISO file you want to use, click the icon in the bottom left of your desktop, the one that opens your main menu. - In the search bar type: ISO
or: image writer
It should highlight the program for you, the prompts are quick and easy.
