This is why I love homeschooling…

It’s about 10:15 am and we will be done with school for the day around 11am and then we get to go have a picnic with cowboy 🥹

On top of this my oldest decided to get a head start on her school work for tomorrow which I absolutely love that they can go at their own pace

@MommaBear typically all public schools in the States are free and covered but idk if rural areas might have differences.

We homeschooled our 3 children. Yes the schedule is great. All of my children are grown and are doing well for themselves. I hope you the best for your and your children!

In my high school the kids who were deemed at risk of dropping out were put into a special program where they completed the regular coursework in blocks at their own pace. It was very successful as they loved the freedom.

@ineedadrink I ended up graduating a year and a half early by being able to go at my own pace

@MommaBear The fuckers wouldn't let me do it as they wanted the state $ for me being there longer. I was smart but flailing.

@ineedadrink they didn’t want me there lol I had 2 kids at the time 😅

Are they also learning how to socialize? That seems to be the main drawback to home schooling. Its important to pick it up in our more formative years
MommaBear · 26-30, F
@Jayciedubb they are regularly in sports and activities
