My blood pressure went up the roof....I try to do everything right to build stress relief....but no.
Hell is pretty much normal for me especially now days. I don't know what to do anymore. Alone is in the hellish simulation of life.

@mindstruggle trying to go positive thoughts, despite my room smells somewhat like cat piss. Even I don't smell it but my mom does....I'm like WTF??? How is that possible?? Last time I remember my cat Bobby piss on my bed last year before he passed. I try to get rid of the ordor. Then Our other Cat piss on my floor once. I've cleaned that up too....but yet my room smells like piss still??? WTF can I do to make everything spotless???!!! How??? 😓

Please please be careful. My husband died very suddenly and unexpectedly from a brain hemorrhage caused by undiagnosed high blood pressure. If you need to take steps to improve your health like losing weight, stopping smoking, cutting back on salt and drinking more water please do it. He didn't even have so much as a headache and was here one day and just gone the next. Please take it seriously. Your family will never get over losing you. X
